Ryan, having originally joined Urban Futures in 2004, recently re-joined the firm after spending two years living and working in London, England. Ryan holds a BAH in Economics from Queen’s University and an MA in Economics from the University of British Columbia. Ryan has developed and taught courses on micro- and macroeconomics at UBC.
In addition to his focus on economic issues and trends, Ryan has considerable experience developing small-area employment and demographic projections, and has been a contributing author to numerous Urban Futures reports covering topics ranging from demographic change, economic impact and employment analysis, urban land use strategies, and housing trends.
Ryan’s technical expertise and ability to clearly communicate ideas to stakeholders will add significant value to the team’s ability to successfully meet the objectives of this project. |
